Requirements: High School diploma or equivalent (GED, etc.) Possess and maintain a valid driver’s license Be at least 18 years old Possess a valid CPAT certification at time of hire Must be either Nationally Registered or State of Wisconsin EMT certified, and Firefighter I certified, OR be Nationally Registered or State of Wisconsin EMT and Paramedic certified at time of hire with the requirement to train within the department to Firefighter I and II certifications within one year after hire date Candidate must be currently employed as a full-time career firefighter to be considered for a lateral transfer.
