Location: Houston, TX 77092

Pay: $18.00-$18.50 per hour | Weekly Pay

Schedule: Monday-Friday | 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM

Employment Type: Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire

Openwork is hiring Manufacturing Technicians for a growing production facility in Houston. This is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy hands-on work, operating equipment, and working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities:

• Operate packaging equipment, including heat sealers and band sealers.
• Label, pack, and assemble products according to specifications.
• Perform quality inspections on finished products.
• Prepare materials for production runs.
• Follow work instructions and production schedules.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Assist with basic equipment troubleshooting as needed.

Qualifications:

• 1-2+ years of manufacturing, packaging, warehouse, or production experience preferred.
• Experience operating packaging equipment is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to stand for extended periods throughout the shift.
