Job Summary MedPro Healthcare Staffing is seeking a travel nurse RN PCU - Progressive Care Unit for a travel nursing job in Youngstown, Ohio. Position Details Specialty: PCU - Progressive Care Unit Discipline: RN Start Date: 06/15/2026 Duration: 13 weeks 36 hours per week Shift: 12 hours, nights Employment Type: Travel Qualifications Active RN License. Degree from an accredited nursing program. BLS certifications. Eighteen months of recent experience in an Acute Care PCU/Step‑down setting. Additional requirements to be determined by our client facility. Duties & Responsibilities Assess patient needs, signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient's condition; utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care. Collect, analyze, and interpret data and information from health care members and document actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses. Document the patient's plan of care using identified nursing diagnoses, expected patient outcomes, and selected nursing interventions. Initiate and evaluate patient and/or family education. Revise and document the plan of care according to evaluation, changes in medical plan of care, and effective/ineffective nursing interventions. Benefits Weekly pay and direct deposit.
