Travel Nurse RN - Care Manager - $2,567 per week

LanceSoft is seeking a travel nurse RN Care Manager for a travel nursing job in Portland, Oregon.

Job Description & Requirements

Minimum Qualifications:

• Active Oregon RN License or eligibility for Oregon licensure
• Minimum 2 years of recent acute inpatient hospital Case Management experience
• At least 1 year of inpatient Case Management experience within the last 5 years (required)
• Direct patient care coordination experience ( Utilization Review only will not be considered )
• Current AHA BLS certification
• Current AHA ACLS certification
• Epic experience required
• Experience in acute medical/surgical, Emergency Department, or pediatric settings
