What You’ll Do The Lead Dental Assistant is DAANCE certified individual responsible, conversant with the oral and dental assistant role, who has accountability for the day to day back‑office operations in a designated patient care area. Compliance with all regulatory groups to ensure safe, ethical, and quality patient/family‑centered care. CPR/BLS – American Heart Association. DAANCE/DANB required.
