Now Hiring: Dietary Manager / Food Services Director Qualifications & Responsibilities: High School diploma or equivalent Certified Dietary Manager Certification or willing to become certified 2+ years of experience in food service management Long term care dietary management experience preferred Inspects the Dietary Department daily to ensure that it is safe and sanitary Submits written reports to the administration as necessary Plans nutritionally balanced & therapeutic meals that reflect the likes and dislikes of residents, as well as Public Health regulations Responsible for food purchase, production, and timely service of meals Directs and supervises all dietary functions and personnel Hires, orients, trains, counsels, disciplines, and when appropriate, terminates dietary employees Ability to work independently or part of a group Computer knowledge Schedule & Benefits: Schedule: Full-time Daily Pay Option Health, dental, vision and PTO for full-time employees Opportunities for advancement Complete Care at Meriden is an equal opportunity employer. #J-18808-Ljbffr Complete Care at Meriden
