Responsibilities Driver / operator of company vehicles. Provides courteous and efficient delivery and pick-up of packages. Checks shipments for conformance to FedEx features of service and provides related customer service functions. Performs other duties as assigned. Qualifications High school diploma/GED. Must be licensed for type of vehicle assigned. Medical exam required in accordance with FMCSA or FAA regulations. Must be at least 21 years of age. Ability to lift 50 lbs. and maneuver packages of any weight above 50 lbs. with appropriate equipment and/or assistance from another person. Good human relations and verbal communication skills. Neat appearance for customer contact. Must meet qualifications outlined in section 391 of the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations. Ability to read and speak English sufficiently to understand traffic signs and communicate with officials. Non‑covered safety‑sensitive position.
