Join a patient-focused rehabilitation team as a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) for a 13-week assignment working Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM, with the flexibility to work 4x10-hour shifts and a 40-hour guarantee. The PTA will work under the supervision of a Physical Therapist to deliver individualized rehabilitation services that improve patient mobility, function, strength, and independence. This role requires strong clinical judgment, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to providing compassionate, evidence-based care.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) experience required
• Active Illinois Physical Therapist Assistant License required
• BLS Certification (AHA) required
• Must reside outside the 50-mile facility radius
• Current Physical Therapy Assistant skills checklist completed within 1 year required
• 2 Supervisory References with employment dates required
• Strong communication and patient education skills required
• Ability to work independently within the PTA scope of practice required
• Experience in rehabilitation and functional mobility interventions preferred
