Responsibilities include: * Providing companionship and emotional support * Assisting with personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting * Providing medication reminders * Assisting with mobility, transfers, errands, and transportation to appointments * Preparing meals and performing light housekeeping * Observing and reporting changes in a client's condition * Encouraging independence while improving each client's quality of life What We're Looking For We're seeking compassionate professionals who take pride in delivering exceptional care and are committed to making a positive difference every day. Qualifications: * Minimum of 2 years of professional caregiving experience required * Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license * Willingness to travel within a 20-mile radius * Experience using a Hoyer lift and gait belt is preferred, but not required * Ability to successfully pass a background check and drug screening * Comfortable working with both male and female clients * Strong communication skills and a dependable, professional attitude The World Doesn't Change All at Once.
