2026-2027 Volleyball Coach - 8th Grade Girls (Fall 2026) at Northbrook Junior High - Late August to Mid-October Seasonal Assignment: Fall 2026 Stipend: $3,829.00 Qualifications High School diploma or equivalent, Bachelor's Degree preferred; prior experience with coaching preferred Reports to Principal or designee Performance Responsibilities Review the Coach’s Handbook, expectations and responsibilities, philosophy, procedures, general rules, and student eligibility Conduct all practices as determined by the season schedule Promote positive communication with the parent‑coach relationship; this includes conducting pre‑season email communications or parent in‑person communications that include the Student-Athlete Expectations and the Athletic Handbook and Signed Contract Be apprised of any athletes who may have a medical excuse or limitation in coordination with the NBJH Nurse and PE department Perform other duties as assigned at assigned by the Principal(s) or Athletic Director(s) Terms of Employment Seasonal Position Application Procedure Please submit a complete application for this position District 28 Statement Northbrook District 28 is a four‑school district with approximately 1,800 students.
