Product Engineer A small, growing privately held company needs another Product Engineer to join their team. This client makes small magnetic sensors and switches for high security purposes. What you will be doing: Designing and developing magnetic proximity switches. Work along with the team to expand product lines. Continuously collaborate with other engineers with knowledge and skills. Prototype and document preproduction assessments and testing. Provide technical support to customers when needed. Support sales as needed. What they are looking for: 2+ Demonstrated engineering experience working with proximity switches / relay switches / crocus magnetic switches / reed switches / or other magnetostatics industries. Experience with product design, fixture design, test instrument design, product compliance, troubleshooting, customer service, technical writing or process development is preferred. Ability to communicate with vendors and customers. The more relevant your academic experience the better but the hands on experience is the key to this job.
