Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized physical therapy treatment plans
• Administer therapeutic interventions to improve patient mobility, strength, and function
• Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as appropriate
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
• Educate patients and families on home exercise programs and injury prevention strategies

Required Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist (PT) license in the state of Arizona
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
• Current BLS/CPR certification

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in an outpatient or orthopedic setting
• Strong documentation and communication skills
• Ability to manage a full patient caseload efficiently
