Maintenance Supervisor

Key Responsibilities Building maintenance and repairs: Painting, plastering, and sheetrock repair Flooring, tile, and baseboard installation/repairs Basic plumbing, electrical, boiler, and HVAC work Record keeping and documentation of completed work Assigning and managing work assignments Reporting maintenance issues to the Director of EOC Responding to emergency maintenance calls, including off‑hours Schedule Variable day shifts Two weekends per month required Must be available for emergency call‑ins Required Qualifications Strong communication and time‑management skills Ability to work under pressure Understanding of OSHA policies and procedures Ability to read and write English Reliable transportation Required Certificates of Fitness: G71 G46 S95 S11 S12 S18 Preferred Qualifications 2–3 years of maintenance experience Experience in a healthcare or medical facility environment preferred Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of an organization Compensation 55K‑65K per year #J-18808-Ljbffr Four Seasons Nursing and Rehabilitation
