The Role of a Plumber As a skilled Plumber, you'll diagnose and repair residential plumbing systems, guiding our customers toward confident, informed decisions about their home needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver top-notch customer service by communicating clearly and professionally, ensuring customers make informed decisions about their home plumbing needs.
• Recognize and recommend additional services, including system upgrades, maintenance agreements, and new installations, to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Coordinate seamlessly with Dispatch and the Service Manager to maintain an efficient daily schedule.
• Keep your company vehicle clean, organized, and fully stocked to ensure preparedness on every job.
• Maintain accurate and timely completion of all paperwork, including service records, dispatch notes, and invoices.
• Uphold a polished, professional appearance at all times to represent the company's commitment to quality.
• Participate in ongoing training to develop your skills and stay up-to-date with industry standards.
• Acquire and maintain necessary certifications, with support available.

Schedule:

• 8-hour shift
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
• On call responsibilities
• Overtime

Pay Range: $65,000 - $150,000

• Competitive Hourly Pay
• Bonus Pay
• Overtime & On Call Pay

Education:

• High school or equivalent

• Candidates must be able to pass a drug and background test (honesty policy is appreciated) and have an insurable driver's record.
