Eastside Rehabilitation Hospital
Eastside Rehabilitation Hospital seeks a Dialysis RN to provide specialized renal care to patients undergoing rehabilitation. The nurse will perform patient assessments, initiate and monitor hemodialysis treatments, manage vascular access, administer medications, and maintain accurate documentation. Working within a collaborative, patient-centered team, the RN will educate patients and families on kidney health, fluid and diet management, and home care, while upholding strict infection control and safety standards. Opportunities include ongoing education, skill development, and participation in quality improvement initiatives.
