Inventory Control Coordinator 2nd Shift

POSITION OVERVIEW AND PURPOSE

This role will assist in stock taking, monitoring inventory and performs inventory control responsibilities in order to assist in the coordination of the incoming and outgoing of product.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND BASIC DUTIES

Update and review all inspections and corrected inventories. Research for customer claims. Print and purge monthly master lot, store one month locally in binder. Supply all lot information on cut orders (i.e.; tally previous pulled orders). Audit product availability error report. Comply with and ensure compliance with Company policies and safety procedures. Monitor all automation equipment and controls to ensure proper inventory levels and accuracy. Maintain a safe work environment. Perform other duties and special projects as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS

High school diploma or general education degree (GED) and 2-3 years of warehouse inventory-related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of relevant education and experience. Knowledge of cataloguing inventory techniques and packaging of goods. Basic technological knowledge and the ability to operate a PC. Good organizational and time management skills. Strong communication and analytical skills. Ability to work independently and coordinate with other departments of the organization. Must have a solid work ethic, excellent interpersonal skills, and ability to work well with others.
