Shop Technician

A PIRTEK Shop Technician services walk-in customers at our hose repair shops. This position requires an inquisitive nature, mechanical background, and excellent problem-solving skills to be successful. A PIRTEK Service & Supply Center is a dynamic and fast-paced environment. This gives the opportunity to work closely and communicate with other team members. Playing a pivotal role in customer service and problem-solving, the Shop Specialist ensures customers receive world-class service to get their equipment back up and running. Responsibilities Diagnose and repair hoses with efficiency and accuracy Anticipate and address customer needs Maintain showroom and shop inventory, tools, and facilities Streamline and support daily processes Follow-up with customers to generate additional business Qualifications Experience in a customer-facing role High school diploma or GED Strong organizational and computer skills Mechanically inclined (experience in hydraulics a plus) Excellent communication skills (Spanish a plus) Competitive hourly wage (depending on experience) Commission Medical / dental / vision / life insurance Paid vacation Technical and product training Are you authorized to work in the United States? #J-18808-Ljbffr
