At Paris Corporation, we are committed to delivering exceptional products to our customers. As a Product Marketing Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting our Sales and Marketing teams as we continue to grow our consumer brands across national retail channels.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with physical products, product details, customer requirements, and cross-functional projects. The successful candidate should be comfortable supporting hands-on product-related work, including samples, packaging information, merchandising materials, product documentation, customer requirements, and project follow-up.

• Provide day-to-day administrative and project support to keep product-related Marketing and Sales projects moving.
• Track timelines, open items, approvals, customer requirements, and next steps.
• Gather, organize, and maintain product information, including specifications, packaging details, item data, costing inputs, testing requirements, and retailer/customer details.
• Manage product sample activity, including requests, presentation kits, shipments, and follow-up.
• Track packaging updates and revisions, including product claims, certifications, compliance language, customer requirements, approvals, and final artwork details.
• Prepare customer presentations, product comparison files, sales reports, and marketing materials
• Conduct competitive research through retail-store visits, product reviews, planogram photos, pricing checks, and merchandising observations.
• Prepare and submit third-party product testing requests, including required forms, samples, specifications, and supporting materials.
• Assist with quality, compliance, certifications, and retailer-required information.
• Identify opportunities to use AI and other tools to organize information, improve efficiency, and streamline recurring work.
• Support additional product, marketing, sales, and customer-related projects as assigned.
  

Your Background:

• Experience in consumer products, manufacturing, retail, or another product-based industry preferred
• Prior experience in administrative, sales-support, marketing-operations, project-coordination, or related role preferred.
• Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.
• Comfortable working with spreadsheets, data exports, reports, online portals, and detailed documentation.
• Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Excellent organizational, time-management, and follow-up skills.
• Ability to manage multiple assignments, changing priorities, and deadlines.
• Strong critical-thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use logic, sound judgment, and initiative to resolve issues independently.
• Ability to work through incomplete information, identify what is missing, and ask thoughtful questions.
• Self-motivated, resourceful, dependable, and eager to learn.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with employees at all levels.
