If they worked travel at UPH (not FTE or PRN), the separation policy does not apply

HOLIDAY update: unless the Unit is closed, your contractor is required to work 1-2 of 3 upcoming Winter holidays

NBO: 16 hrs

EMR: EPIC

OT/Holiday: 1.15x multiplier

Call Back: 1.5x multiplier with 2 hr CB minimum

On Call: ***/hr

Billable OT:

36-40 hrs/week, OT billable after 40

Equipment: Airvo 2, Airvo 3, V60, Nkv-330, Hamilton T-1, Drager V500, Drager V800, Vapotherm, Bubble CPAP (homemade units) and ABL 90 for ABGs

Patient Types: Adult ICU & NICU

Bed Types: 12 ICU

Scrubs: any color tops and bottoms, solids

CRTs accepted: ***/hr bill rate

15 months of Respiratory experience in Hospital setting [required]

recent experience with NICU patients [required]

EPIC emr experience [required]

IA/Iowa Respiratory license {highly preferred} -- will accept licensing candidates; 1-3 week turnaround time

PROFILE REQUIREMENTS:

Work history/resume/employment history must have 36 months of current RRT / Respiratory Therapy experience [required]

IDPH / Iowa Department of Public Health / Respiratory Care and Polysomnography [highly preferred] [document]
