Monitor the student's health condition and respond promptly to any medical emergencies or concerns. Collaborate with school staff, parents, and healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized healthcare plans. Assess and document the student's health status, progress, and any changes in medical needs. Educate and train school staff on the student's medical condition and appropriate procedures. Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records and documentation. Qualifications Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of New Jersey. Experience working as an RN in a pediatric or school setting is preferred. Ability to provide compassionate and individualized care to elementary school students.
