Must have deep hands-on experience with nCino in a financial company (bank) Custom APEX development, Flows and Integrations.

Must have excellent communication.


Need someone who can look at User Stories and designs and complete the implementation.

Skilled Salesforce Developer with 5+ years of IT experience, including 3+ years in Salesforce and nCino. Experienced in Apex, LWC, Flows, and integrations using APIs and middleware. Strong background in Financial Services Cloud, DevOps, and Agile delivery.Provensuccessinbuildingscalable,enterprise-levelSalesforcesolutions.



Responsibilities

• Design and develop custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and Flows.
• Configure and maintain Salesforce products including Sales Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Financial Services Cloud.
• Customize and manage the nCino application for commercial lending workflows.
• Build and manage integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware like MuleSoft or Informatica.
• Lead DevOps practices for code versioning, CI/CD, and metadata deployments.
• Migrate applications from Classic to Lightning and enhance user experience across web and mobile.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Agile environments, ensuring scalable and testable code delivery.
• Support enterprise-level Salesforce architecture, performance tuning, and platform governance.

Required Skills

• Minimum of 5 years IT Experience - 3 years Salesforce experience
• Proven understanding of and experience with Salesforce.com architecture and APIs
• Experience working with the nCino managed application
• Experience working on multiple Salesforce products, i.e., Experience Cloud, Sales Cloud, Financial Services Cloud, etc.
• Proven experience configuring out of the box Salesforce features like Flows, Process Builder, Workflows, Validation Rules, Custom Settings etc.
• Proven experience writing Visualforce, Apex classes and triggers as per best practices and enterprise level frameworks
• Proven experience with SOQL/SOSL
• Ability to design, code, test, debug, and maintain Salesforce1 customizations (including integrations)
• Experience integrating Salesforce1 platform with other applications via real-time, batch, sync/async
• Demonstrative success with at least one large Salesforce.com integration project
• Experience working with managed app on Salesforce1 platform
• Certified Force.com Developer (DEV-401) or Platform Developer I
• Experience setting up and managing DevOps - code management and metadata migration
• Experience working with Administrators across different applications
• Understanding of Salesforce's Lightning system design principles and architecture, including Lightning Web Components
• Agile experience
• Super thoughtful on testing
• Experience with automated build and deploy

Bonus Skills

• Certified Force.com Advanced Developer (DEV-501) or Platform Developer 2
• Experience integrating with enterprise level middleware like Informatica / Informatica Cloud or MuleSoft
• Proven experience with migrating from Classic UI to Lightning
• Experience with JavaScript frameworks like Knockout / Aura
• Experience with building or enhancing applications to run on mobile platform
