Senior Sales Consultant (Leads Provided)

Our Client is a fast growing Home Remodeling Company. We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Sales Representative to drive company revenue. Responsibilities Customer Engagement: Meet with homeowners at their residences to assess storm damage, understand their roofing needs, and establish rapport. Estimation: Create accurate and detailed estimates based on the assessment of roof damage, taking into consideration materials, labor, and associated costs. Insurance Coordination: Work closely with insurance companies to facilitate claims, ensuring all necessary documentation is provided and advocating for fair settlements. Sales Strategies: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets, leveraging your knowledge of roofing products and services. Client Education: Educate customers on the roofing process, materials, and the benefits of our services, ensuring a clear understanding of the value we bring. Relationship Building: Cultivate positive relationships with customers, insurance professionals, and other stakeholders to enhance MTM's reputation and foster repeat business. Qualifications Proven experience in sales, preferably in roofing or a related industry. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to assess and understand roofing damage. Knowledge of insurance processes related to roofing claims. Self-motivated with a results-driven approach. Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
