You'll handle guest check-ins and check-outs, respond to questions or requests, and resolve any issues with professionalism and care. In addition, you'll complete nightly audit procedures, reconcile daily transactions, and prepare reports to support the hotel's operations. Your attention to detail and ability to work independently will help ensure everything is accurate and ready for the next day's team.
