Project Architect (3 + years)

We are seeking a talented Project Architect with 3-8 years of professional experience to join our collaborative team. The ideal candidate is passionate about design and client service, brings strong design and technical skills, and is ready to take greater ownership of project work. This position will work closely with project leaders, clients, and consultants to develop thoughtful, practical solutions across a wide range of project types.

Project Architect Responsibilities:

• Develop creative design ideas, concepts, and solutions from programming through construction administration
• Produce and coordinate Revit models, drawings, and project documentation through all phases of design
• Coordinate architectural work with consultants and internal team members to support complete, well-integrated documents
• Participate actively in client meetings, design reviews, presentations, and project coordination meetings
• Research and apply building codes, materials, building systems, construction methods, and product information; assist with coordination of project specifications
• Review project documents for coordination, accuracy, completeness, and consistency with design intent
• Support construction administration, including RFIs, submittals, site observations, and resolution of field issues
• Take increasing ownership of project tasks, deadlines, communication, and coordination, managing multiple priorities with growing independence while supporting project leaders

Project Architect Experience and Desired Skill Set:

• Professional degree in Architecture
• 3-8 years of professional architectural experience
• Architectural licensure or active progress toward licensure preferred
• Strong proficiency in Revit and BIM workflows; experience with AutoCAD, Bluebeam, and Adobe Creative Suite is a plus
• Working knowledge of building codes, building systems, construction detailing, and architectural best practices
• Strong design, problem-solving, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills
• Clear written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients, consultants, and team members
• Self-motivated and dependable, with the ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and continue growing in project leadership and technical responsibility
