Maintenance Technician

Maintenance TechnicianResponsible for the general maintenance; hydraulic and electronic systems while ensuring maximum production quality and quantity while promoting safety throughout the maintenance department.Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.Assist with reducing downtime and increase efficiencies when completing repairs and maintenance equipment.Works toward accomplishing objectives regarding production, technology, and resource needs.Complete all assigned installs, test, maintenance, and repair of facilities and equipment.Assist with strategies to reduce mechanical downtime and keep product flow and production.Participate in all maintenance training to keep up with the most updated version of operating procedures.Assist when possible with the operation of plant equipment and systems to minimize unplanned downtime and anticipate problems to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.Complete maintenance KPIs such as asset utilization, maintenance cost PM, and are finalized as scheduled.Follows all safety, health, and environmental policies while maintaining equipment. Any other duties as assigned by direct supervisor.
