This role shapes strategic decisions across the firm's expanding multifamily portfolio with direct access to senior leadership.Responsibilities include partnering with C-suite executives to craft and execute comprehensive business strategies for existing assets and new acquisitions, leading sophisticated financial analysis of portfolio performance, spearheading due diligence on new investment opportunities, developing and executing value-add repositioning strategies, overseeing operational performance of multifamily assets, and managing relationships with property managers, lenders, and investors.
