The mission of the software team in Tewksbury or Woburn, MA is to provide world‑class software for our customers, focusing on Battle Management, Command & Control, Communications, Effectors, and Surveillance & Warning systems. What You Will Do: Participate in collaborative, cross‑discipline integrated product teams. Employ agile software development techniques and resources to develop, test, and integrate complex software and systems solutions for aerospace and defense applications. Participate in agile execution and continuous improvement. Work collaboratively with Systems and Integration Test Engineers to analyze, implement and test system solutions. Qualifications You Must Have: Typically requires a Bachelor’s in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 2 years of prior relevant experience. Experience in software development, integration, or testing using C++, C#, Java, or a similar language. Active and transferable U.S. government‑issued Secret security clearance required prior to start date. U.S. citizenship is required. Qualifications We Prefer: Strong problem‑solving, teamwork and communication skills. Desire and ability to learn new technologies and tools. Ability to work in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment with time‑critical requirements. Experience contributing to a team environment for developing creative solutions to difficult technical problems. Knowledge of Red Hat and/or Linux Operating Systems. Exposure to Open Systems Architectures and modular design principles. What We Offer: Relocation eligible. Salary range: USD68,900–131,100.
