Qualifications & Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
• Valid SLP license and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required; Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates also considered
• Experience working in pediatric and/or school settings preferred
• Familiarity with IEP implementation and special education collaboration
• Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills
• Ability to work effectively as both a team member and independently

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments for students
• Develop and deliver individualized therapy plans in collaboration with educational staff
• Participate actively in IEP meetings, progress monitoring, and case management
• Provide direct therapy and intervention to students with a variety of speech and language needs
• Document services, maintain compliance with applicable regulations, and communicate progress with families and team members
• Support prevention, intervention, and consultative services as part of a multidisciplinary team
