CDE Consulting is growing & actively looking to hire energetic individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced retail environment. If you're an outgoing individual who loves working with people, we are currently looking to fill several full time Sales & Customer Service Rep positions.
Responsibilities:
- Focus on new customer acquisitions in retail stores
- Assist existing customers with any upgrades & changes
- Help meet/exceed weekly sales targets
- Foster an energetic and helpful retail environment for our customers
- Cultivate a fun team environment that inspires & drives overall performance
Training is provided in:
- Customer service
- Sales
- Communications
- Management
- Marketing and more!
Job Qualifications
- Recent College Grads Welcomed!
- High school Diploma or relevant work experience
- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills
- Exceptional interpersonal skills & Excellent ability to build rapport
- Reliable/personal transportation
- Full time availability (evenings and weekends too)
- Clear background check (upon hire)
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills
