On-Site Software Engineer - Phoenix

We are looking for passionate Software or Systems Engineers to design and develop software solutions for upcoming state-of-the-art safety‑critical systems, especially in the areas of Avionics Flight Controls. Experience developing Avionics Flight Controls systems is a must. These positions can be full‑time with great benefits or hourly with excellent hourly rates, and Medical/Dental/Vision benefits are available. This position can be either Direct Hire or Contract but will be on‑site in Phoenix five days a week. Pay DOE: $70–$90/hr Experience Required Due to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a U.S. Person, which is defined as, a U.S. citizen, a U.S. permanent resident, or have protected status in the U.S. under asylum or refugee status or have the ability to obtain an export authorization. Bachelors or advanced degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Systems Engineering, Mathematics, or equivalent development experience. Software Development in C/C++ Debugging and Lab experience Preferred to have experience in surveillance and data collection software Experience in DO‑178 and DOORS 5+ years of experience About Performance Performance Software Corporation is engaged in the design of Real‑time Embedded Software and Hardware.
