**Required Skills/Certs/Experience:**- Minimum Years of Experience: 2 Years Experience Minimum- Skills: IV Start, Triage, and Telemetry- Certifications: ACLS, BCLS, NIH, PALS, MOAB- Traveler Experience required: Unit WILL Accept 1st time Travelers- Must pass EKG Testing prior to start for this specialty**Preferred Skills/Certs/Experience:**- TNCC**Licensure:**- NC or Compact license pending OK for submittal**Required Skills:**- Arterial line management- BiPAP/CPAP management- Blood Product Administration- Care of Ventilated Patient- Central line care/management- Continuous IV sedation- CVA (Cerebrovascular Accident)*- Interpretation of dysrhythmias- Isolation Precautions/PPE- IV vasopressors- Management of dysrhythmias- Starting and maintaining IVs- Triage**Skills Related to Charting System:**- Charting System Experience: Required**Patient Population:**- Neonates, Adolescents, Infants, Adults, Pediatrics, Geriatrics**Interdisciplinary Support:**- IV Teams, Physical Therapy, Respiratory Services, Interpretation Services, Phlebotomy, Radiology, Social Services, Rapid Response Teams, Pharmacy, Transportation, Unit Secretary**Additional Notes:**- Must have a teamwork approach and meet Novant behavioral expectations in all interactions with patients and staff.- Must be open to floating within/near facility per job description.
