Position Accounting Assistant Salary $45,000 - 50,000 (Temp to Perm) Working Hours 9am-6pm, Hybrid Location Plano, TX Essential Duties Process invoices, daily transactions, and expenses. Perform administrative support functions. Update and maintain accounting database with data entry and reports. Handle daily and monthly reports. Manage day-to-day accounting duties including Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and payroll. Work collaboratively with accounting and other financial professionals to manage client records. Collect payments and update accounts payable and receivable records. Communicate with clients to better understand financial needs and report that information to the Accountant. Qualifications Associate degree in Accounting or a related field of study. 1-3 years of experience working in accounting. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
