Employee Separation Policy : Any past employee of UPH whether FTE, or PRN for the UPH float pool, cannot work travel in another Market no matter which facility they currently work at, or have worked at within the past 12 months. If they worked travel at UPH (not FTE or PRN), the separation policy does not apply

HOLIDAY update: unless the Unit is closed, your contractor is required to work 1-2 of 3 upcoming Winter holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas & New Years)

• NBO: 16 hrs
• EMR : EPIC
• OT/Holiday: 1.15x multiplier
• Call Back: 1.5x multiplier with 2 hr CB minimum
• On Call: ***/hr

Billable OT:

• 36-40 hrs/week, OT billable after 40
• 48 hrs/week, OT billable after 48

• Bed Size: Maternity, 16; Nursery, 12; NICU, 4; C-section suite, 1; Overflow rooms
• Ratios: Labor: 1:1; PP: 1:2; NICU: 2:1
• Patient Types: antepartum, MB, newborn, OB/GYN, NICU
• Drips/Titrations; glucose, magnesium, pitocin, insulin
• Delivery volume: 50-60 births/month
• Level 2 maternal/neonatal center
