This is an excellent opportunity to lead and mentor clinicians, contribute to the development of a thriving practice, and grow your career in a supportive, team-oriented environment.Why Join Us?A Well-Established Local Clinic: Be part of a practice with deep roots in the Valencia community and a strong reputation for excellence in mental health care.Leadership Opportunity: Shape the next generation of clinicians by providing individual and group supervision, clinical guidance, and mentorship.Collaborative Environment: Work with a dynamic team of professionals in a multidisciplinary setting that values collaboration and support.Flexibility: Enjoy a balance of remote and in-person work options (2-3 days in-person)Impactful Work: Play a key role in maintaining clinical excellence while contributing to the practice's overall growth and success.What You'll Do:Provide individual and group clinical supervision up to six Associate-level therapists (AMFTs, ACSWs, APCCs).Oversee and support clinicians in their development of effective treatment plans and interventions.Ensure compliance with legal, ethical, and professional standards in all clinical services.Collaborate with the Clinical Director to enhance and implement training programs for staff development.Maintain a caseload of 15 clients to stay engaged in direct clinical work.Assist in quality assurance processes, including case reviews and clinical documentation audits.What You'll Need:A current and unrestricted license as an LMFT, LCSW, LPCC, or Licensed Psychologist in California.A minimum of 2 years of experience supervising Associate-level clinicians.Strong leadership and mentorship skills, with a passion for fostering growth and development in others.Expertise in a variety of therapeutic modalities, with a commitment to evidence-based practices.Excellent communication and organizational skills.A collaborative and flexible mindset, with a dedication to maintaining a positive team culture.What We Offer:Competitive hourly rates.Company sponsored Medical Insurance at 100% and Dental and Vision Insurance at 75% for employee only coverage.
