Emergency Room Nurse - 13 Week Contract

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Emergency Room Nurse with a minimum of 18 months of recent ER experience for a 13-week contract position. The ideal candidate will have strong clinical skills and the ability to manage diverse patient needs in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality patient care in an emergency room setting.
• Assist in the assessment, planning, and implementation of patient care.
• Perform triage and prioritize patient needs based on acuity.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Document patient information accurately in the electronic medical records system.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum 18 months of recent emergency room nursing experience.
• Active Permanent Ohio License or Compact Nurse License in hand at the time of submission.
• BLS, ACLS, PALS, and TNCC certifications required.
• One recent reference from management in the specialty applying for is mandatory.

Schedule

This position requires a day shift, working three 12-hour shifts from 11:00 AM to 11:30 PM.
