Hours: Thursday-Monday | 40 hours/week

• Thursday & Monday: 12:30 PM-9:00 PM
• Friday & Saturday: 1:00 PM-9:30 PM
• Sunday: 12:00 PM-8:30 PM

Overview

Seeking a customer-focused Food Service Associate to prepare and serve food, assist customers, maintain clean dining and food preparation areas, and support daily food service operations. This is a full-time, 40-hour-per-week position with afternoon and evening shifts.

Job Description

• Prepare, produce, and serve hot and cold menu items according to established recipes, specifications, and food safety standards.
• Provide friendly and efficient customer service in a high-volume environment.
• Answer customer questions regarding menu items, ingredients, and allergens.
• Process customer transactions accurately and follow cash-handling procedures.
• Stock and rotate food and supplies using FIFO procedures and expiration-date requirements.
• Maintain food displays, merchandise, pricing, and product availability.
• Clean and sanitize food preparation areas, equipment, beverage and condiment stations, dining areas, tables, chairs, and floors.
• Wash and maintain dishes, silverware, cooking utensils, pots, pans, and trays.
• Follow proper procedures for food handling, hygiene, sanitation, and workplace safety.
• Operate food service equipment and perform routine cleaning and basic troubleshooting.
• Assist with receiving products and inventory-related duties as needed.
• Complete required 90-minute Food Safety Training on the first day .

• Ability to work the complete Thursday-Monday schedule.

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced food service environment.
• Ability to follow food safety, sanitation, and hygiene procedures.
• Ability to safely operate and clean food service equipment.
• Food Handler Certification/Card must be obtained within 30 days of employment if required for assigned responsibilities.

Preferred Skills

• 2 years of previous experience.
• Experience in a high-volume, customer-facing environment.
• Previous food service experience.
• High-volume retail experience.
• Basic merchandising and selling experience.
