Base pay range $70,000.00/yr - $80,000.00/yr Pay: $70k to $80k/year Experience: At least 5 years of heavy industrial or fabrication experience, preferably in a code shop. Education: High School Diploma; background in manufacturing, welding, or engineering preferred. Type: Full-time; Direct Hire Schedule: Monday – Friday, Day Shift ProRecruiters is seeking a Production Supervisor to join a growing and dynamic team! Job Description: Supervise daily production tasks in Firetube Bay to meet labor and schedule goals. Maintain accurate and current job boards and production data logs. Develop and submit weekly production plans aligned with schedule and capacity requirements. Implement Lean principles to identify and eliminate production waste. Ensure compliance with 5S standards and conduct weekly 5S audits. Plan and prepare necessary materials and drawings for production efficiency. Create and execute recovery plans when tasks fall behind schedule. Monitor safety protocols and enforce company policy, including attendance. Oversee work quality and performance metrics within assigned departments. Foster team collaboration and uphold standards of professionalism and world-class manufacturing. Position Requirements: Strong welding background, including TIG, MIG, and Flux Core. Blueprint reading, including interpretation of weld symbols. Experience in piping or pressure vessel manufacturing. Understanding of lean manufacturing systems and production scheduling. Familiarity with data logs such as AOT, refractory, or paint logs.
