About the Role:

Studio on Willow in Little Silver, NJ is looking for a friendly and organized Part-Time Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our studio! Responsibilities:

Greet and check in clients with a warm, professional demeanor

Answer phones and manage appointment scheduling

Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk and reception area

Process payments and manage point-of-sale transactions

Assist with client inquiries and general studio information

Coordinate with staff to ensure smooth daily studio operations

Requirements:

Prior receptionist, front desk, or customer service experience preferred; experience with Vagaro is a PLUS

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Proficiency with scheduling software, POS systems, or willingness to learn

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Reliable, punctual, and a true team player

Ability to multitask in a busy, client-facing environment

Flexible availability including evenings and/or weekends required
