Job Description Manage municipal construction projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets. Collaborate with contractors, architects, and engineers to ensure project specifications are met. Monitor project progress and address any issues or delays promptly. Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders. Ensure compliance with local regulations and safety standards throughout the project lifecycle. Coordinate procurement of materials and services required for project execution. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and municipal authorities. Identify opportunities for future projects and contribute to business development efforts. The Successful Applicant A successful Municipal Project Manager should have: Experience managing construction projects within the property industry. Strong knowledge of municipal regulations and safety standards. Excellent communication and leadership skills to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders. Proficiency in project management tools and software. Ability to manage budgets and timelines effectively. A proactive and problem-solving mindset to handle project challenges.
