Are you a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse looking to make a meaningful impact in the lives of others? At Avalon Nursing and Rehab , we believe in nurturing not only our residents but also our team. We’re currently seeking PRN Licensed Practical Nurses to join us.

What You’ll Do as PRN LPN
Work shifts as needed on your schedule
Deliver high-quality nursing care to residents in accordance with care plans
Collaborate with RNs, CNAs, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal outcomes
Monitor residents’ health, administer medications, and document care accurately
Provide emotional support and build meaningful relationships with residents and their families
What We’re Looking For in LPN:
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the state of New Jersey
Preferred: Experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting
Strong communication and teamwork skills
A heart for elder care and a commitment to excellence
