The successful candidate will manage an array of projects, ranging from legacy to cutting-edge programs, encompassing Product Development from sales inception through Engineering design, manufacturing, assembly, testing, and delivery. Key Responsibilities: Forge and maintain strong relationships within the organization and with external stakeholders. Exercise financial control to ensure programs stay within budgets. Implement schedule controls to guarantee on-time contract performance and allocate resources effectively. Manage contractual submittals, producing reports and updates as required. Act as the primary contact for customer relationships. Understand and navigate business, accounting, Quality Assurance, contracts, sales, and manufacturing processes. Essential Qualifications: Strong understanding of engineering concepts and methodologies. At least 5 years of experience in complex program management, with financial and communication skills. Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field; advanced degrees and aerospace experience are a plus.
