Manager, Product

Summary The Product Manager is a brand ambassador and business leader accountable for driving the Handbags and Watches & Fine Jewelry category while delivering elevated client experiences. This role coaches and develops boutique sales teams, partners with the Boutique Director and Home Office buying team, and owns assortment planning, analysis, and reporting. The position requires in-store presence to uphold boutique image and operational standards and to drive business results. Responsibilities Coach, inspire, and develop a diverse team to deliver an elevated client experience Provide initial and ongoing training on product details, service delivery, and CHANEL savoir faire Drive category performance through analysis, reporting, assortment planning, and partnership with buying Use KPIs and performance insights to enhance team and business results Represent the brand in market and grow the client base through local partnerships and events Ensure boutique image, operational standards, and service levels are maintained Requirements Minimum 5 years of related experience Bachelor’s degree preferred Strong communication skills and passion for client experience Proven people leadership and coaching capability Ability to lift 15 lbs and work a flexible schedule including late nights, weekends, and some holidays #J-18808-Ljbffr Brobston Group LLC
