Offline Growth Manager USA - BeReal

Role BeReal is looking for an experienced Offline Growth Manager to develop and execute innovative offline growth strategies. The main goal is to enhance user acquisition through offline channels. Events & Activations: Organize and manage offline events, brand activations, and experiential marketing efforts to create meaningful connections with users and drive user growth Strategic Partnerships: Identify and build relationships with universities, local organizations, cultural influencers (but not only) to amplify BeReal’s presence. Campus Programs: Develop and oversee ambassador programs at schools and universities to drive organic adoption and engagement. Referral & Word-of-Mouth Initiatives: Design creative incentive programs to encourage user referrals and organic brand advocacy. Profile 3+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on offline growth channels. Proven leadership in managing and executing large-scale offline marketing campaigns. Data-driven, highly organized, and adaptable in fast-paced environments, with the ability to measure offline impact and integrate insights into broader marketing strategies.
