Join Our Team as a Locum OB Hospitalist in Toledo, OH!

We are seeking a dedicated OB Hospitalist to join our dynamic healthcare team at a leading teaching hospital located in Toledo, Ohio. Our facility is renowned for its advanced maternal health services and boasts a supportive environment that includes a robust team of OB/GYN residents and nursing staff. With a comprehensive set of resources like onsite labs and ultrasound facilities, you'll be well-equipped to provide top-notch care to our patients, consisting predominantly of high-risk pregnancies.

Job Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive care for labor and delivery patients, managing both low-risk and high-risk pregnancies.
Perform essential labor and delivery procedures, including routine vaginal deliveries and C-sections.
Collaborate with OB/GYN residents, nursing staff, and midwives to ensure quality care in the labor and delivery unit.
Conduct obstetric and gynecological procedures as required, including ultrasounds and surgical interventions.
Maintain accurate documentation using the EPIC EMR system.
Participate in teaching and training of medical residents in the labor and delivery unit.

Qualifications:

Active Ohio medical license.
Board Certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology.
Current BLS and ACLS certifications.
Experience managing both low and high-risk pregnancies.
Proficient in performing necessary obstetric and gynecological procedures.

License and Certification Requirements:

ACLS certification REQUIRED
Self-Query NPDB report from the last 30 days REQUIRED
