Responsibilities As a Shift Leader, you will collaborate directly with the General Manager to motivate the team and deliver a great guest experience. You will set the morale and tone of the team, provide feedback and coach members when needed, open and close the store with little to no supervision, and maintain a safe and clean store environment while ensuring the quality of food and beverages.
