Details Float pool position supporting ER hold, overflow units, adult and geriatric psych, and inpatient rehab units May be responsible for pediatric patients when floated to the ER, depending on RN experience Night shift schedule with 3x12-hour shifts from 19:00 to 7:00 Requirements Active AR or Compact State RN license in good standing BLS certification required; ACLS and PALS preferred Graduate of an accredited school of nursing; BSN preferred Minimum 2 years of experience required Stepdown experience required; critical care experience preferred Cerner charting experience preferred Previous travel experience strongly preferred Additional Information Provide direct patient care and leadership within the nursing team across multiple float assignments Utilize the nursing process to assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care through a Shared Governance model Collaborate with the healthcare team to promote evidence-based care within a healing culture for patients and families Position designated as safety sensitive under Arkansas Act 593 governing Medical Marijuana Facility conducts its own drug screen upon arrival, and a positive result results in automatic cancellation Must reside outside a 50-mile radius of the facility, as local candidates are not accepted First-time travelers may be considered, though prior travel experience is strongly preferred American Traveler Job ID P-750038.
