YOU WILL Clean, package, sterilize, and store the supplies, instruments, and equipment in the correct places per regulations Adhere to sterilization process, policies, and procedures Correctly operate sterilizer, ultrasonic washers, and other equipment for processing items Maintain inventory levels and accurate records YOU HAVE Requirements + Qualifications Current Basic Life Support Certification (BLS) Demonstrated understanding of sterilization principles required Experience in central processing functions preferred Ability to move quickly in response to physician and patient needs Occasional overhead and low reaching, as well as bending BENEFITS Work with a passionate, dedicated, and talented team in a growing organization committed to doing good Health insurance, Flexible Spending and Health Savings Accounts, disability coverage and additional voluntary plans 401k plan, including company match Paid Time Off No on call, no holidays, no weekends Blue Cloud is an equal opportunity employer.
