Sr. Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis

Title: Senior Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis Location: Bridgewater, NJ area (hybrid) Salary: $160 – 180k plus bonus Industry: Pharma (experience required) What will be expected of you as Sr. Manager, FP&A? Lead the reporting and analytics to ensure sound financials. Lead the analysis and forecast tract to help identify updates to financial forecasts Guide business unit leaders on the process and forecasting of their respective areas Serve as point person for treasury and the cash forecasting Review and implement changes and industry best practices Provide guidance to team members Develop and implement new processes, procedures and/or systems to improve organizational efficiencies and cost controls Assist the leadership thru recommendations and implementation on new and existing systems Take initiative to improve the global budgeting and forecasting process What qualifies you for this Sr. Manager position?
