Automotive Sales Associate

$3500.00 PER MONTH MINIMUM GUARANTEED COMMISSION

As a sales associate, your responsibilities are:

• Build relationships and create customers for life by asking questions and listening in order to guarantee satisfaction.


• Provide vehicle expertise – know the product offerings, optional packages and latest technology.


• Demonstrate vehicles by explaining characteristics, capabilities and features; taking test drives; comparing competitive modes; as well as explaining warranties and services.


• Report to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews and analysis.


• Stay informed of incoming inventory, features, accessories, etc. and how they benefit our customers.

Qualifications we are looking for:

• Positive Attitude


• Available to work flexible hours and weekends


• Excellent communication skills


• Valid driving license and clean driving record is required.


• Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check & drug screen
