Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: RN Specialty: Cardiac Cath Lab Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day Shift Hours per Shift: 8 hours Experience: 2+ years of Cath Lab experience required, Recent acute care experience required License: Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the state Certifications: NIHSS, BLS & ACLS required Must-Have: Must live 100 miles away, On call 2 weekends and 15 shifts Description: The cath lab team performs emergency and elective angioplasty. They provide various therapies, including drug-eluting stents and electrophysiology. Additionally, they conduct pacemaker implantation. Team members fulfill the needs of patients, families, and the community. This is achieved by performing a variety of patient care functions. Care is in accordance with current licensure, certification, training, and regulatory requirements.
